Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Kotreet (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of digital content and related services (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Service Provision and Nature)

1. The Company provides curated information about various places in Korea and travel plans (hereinafter "Content").

2. This Service is an information platform. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee the actual service quality or continuous operation of individual partner stores.

Article 3 (User Content and Copyright)

1. Copyright of reviews posted by users within the Service belongs to the author.

2. The Company has the right to display or edit user content within the Service for operation, promotion, and improvement purposes.

3. Users must not post content that infringes on others' copyrights, and users are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from such violations.

Article 4 (Company Copyright Protection)

Text, designs, photos, and travel plans directly created by the Company are protected as the Company's intellectual property. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell these without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5 (Paid Services and Payment)

1. Fees for paid content (Basic Plan, Custom Plan, etc.) are as specified within the Service.

2. For international payments, actual charged amounts may vary depending on exchange rates and payment fees, according to the payment service provider's policies.

Article 6 (Refund Policy)

1. Basic Plan: This product is digital content where data is transmitted or access is granted immediately upon payment. In accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Electronic Commerce Act, withdrawal and refunds are not available after purchase completion.

2. Custom Plan:

• Before consultation and production begins: 100% refund available

• After production starts: No refund available

3. Full refunds will be provided in cases attributable to the Company, such as duplicate payments due to system errors.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company is not liable when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or service maintenance.

2. The Company assumes no legal responsibility for partner store closures, business hour changes, service quality, or disputes between users and partner stores.

3. Users are responsible for their choices made based on content information and the consequences thereof.

Article 8 (Privacy Protection)

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and announces specific details through a separate 'Privacy Policy'.

Article 9 (Jurisdiction)

Disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the agreed court of jurisdiction.
